Advocate
Advocates at Dakota Communities are Direct Support Professionals responsible for providing active treatment and personal care to people with disabilities, supporting people in pursuing their preferences and dreams, and maintaining a safe, clean and comfortable living environment. Advocate positions do not require previous experience, education, or licensure. Prior experience interacting with people with disabilities is preferred.

Full Time, Part Time and Part Time Variable positions available.  Part time variable hours consist of 8 - 24 hours per week, flexible according to needs of the organization.
